Integrated Listening Systems (iLs)
iLs practitioners have demonstrated through research that the programs effectively “retrain” parts of the brain involved in moving, learning and communicating. Combining an auditory program with specific visual and balance activities, iLs strengthens neurological pathways that serve as foundations for human development in many areas, and trains the brain to process and manage these multisensory inputs simultaneously.
The program is based on 50 years of clinical practice and research. It utilizes classical music treated to deliver specific therapeutic effect, through state of the art equipment specifically designed for the purpose.
People of all ages may benefit from iLs to improve:
- Concentration and attention
- Reading, writing, organization, memory and other cognitive skills
- Visual and auditory processing
- Balance and coordination
- Symptoms related to head injuries
- Emotional well-being
